SDG prepared the drawings for this Rancho Santa Fe home for Brian Sipe in 2002. It was a fun project that ended up being featured in Ranch and Coast magazine.

We don't get to do many homes like this one, but it is fun to do every once in a while. Please note that our contract was to provide construction drawings and did not include any spatial or finish design.

FISH HOUSE VERACRUZ, TEMECULA

Our emphasis is on residential work, however we have done many commercial projects over the years. We did the drawings for the Fish House Veracruz Restaurant in Temecula CA in conjunction with William Skidmore in 1998. A lot of time was spent on detailing the use of recycled vigas and ceiling beams.

Recycled vigas were used as ceiling beams.

Several aquariums were built inside, including this one at the bar.

Fish House Veracruz is also a fish market. Our drawings were used to also obtain the Health Department permits.
